What is Sugar & Spice?
Sugar & Spice is Richmond Animal League's annual cocktail event and silent auction. This event is not just an enchanting evening; it's a lifeline for animals in need. Sugar & Spice is an evening where compassion meets cocktails!
This event features food from local eateries, an amazing silent auction including Small Art with Big Heart, and more- all to raise lifesaving funds for animals in need! Sugar & Spice also features Small Art with Big Heart - the tiny art auction that makes a BIG impact.
Sugar & Spice 2023 raised over $91,000 for animals in need and we hope you will join us as we aim to raise $120,000 in 2024!
Small Art with Big Heart
Featured at every Sugar & Spice event is the "Small Art with Big Heart" tiny art auction, a hallmark of our gatherings.
Local artists and students generously contribute small art pieces, typically sized at 6x6 inches, which are then auctioned to support pets in need.
Many attendees have begun collecting these small artworks, adding a new piece to their collection every year at Sugar & Spice.
