Group Volunteering: Thank you Sam’s Club!

We love our volunteers here at RAL, and especially love it when groups come to tackle projects for us.

This week we had a group come from Sam's Club to volunteer for their day of service, and they came bearing gifts!

Their first activity was unloading the generous truckload of donations they brought, which included dog treats (enough Milk Bones to feed an army of hounds!) and food for our pet pantry.

They made quick work of fence painting, trail clearing and used their impressive organization skills to overhaul our foster supply shed.

They only stopped to take a break in the yard where they had a chance to play with a few of our adoptable dogs, that definitely makes a day of hard work worth it.

If your company or employer would like to schedule a day of service or team building activity at RAL, please reach out to volunteer@ral.org.
