Anne Auditore - Human Resources Business Partner

Anne Auditore is the HR Business Partner for RAL, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the organization. Before joining RAL, Anne spent 14 years in Human Resources at a university, honing her expertise in fostering positive workplace cultures and supporting employees.

Beyond her professional career, Anne has a lifelong passion for animal rescue—especially pugs. She has fostered over 200 pugs, owned six of her own (plus one special pug mix), and even ran her own rescue for seven years. Additionally, she served on the board of a pug rescue for eight years, dedicating her time and heart to ensuring these lovable dogs found their forever homes.

Anne’s talents extend beyond the workplace and rescue world—she was a synchronized swimmer growing up and later coached the sport for over 12 years, sharing her love for the water with young athletes.

With a deep commitment to both people and pets, Anne brings her compassion, leadership, and HR expertise to RAL, making a meaningful impact every day.
